Вакансия Design Director – Job Description We are seeking an experienced and visionary Design Director to lead our creative team and shape the visual direction of our brand. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a refined design sensibility, and a proven ability to deliver impactful creative solutions across multiple platforms. As Design Director, you will oversee the full design process—from concept development to execution—ensuring all output aligns with brand goals, business objectives, and industry standards. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary design team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and growth Develop and maintain the overall visual direction for the brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints Oversee the creation of high-level design concepts for campaigns, products, digital experiences, and marketing materials Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and executive teams to translate ideas into clear creative strategies Review and refine design work, providing constructive feedback and guiding the team toward strong, effective solutions Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives Stay current with design trends, technologies, and industry best practices Represent the design team in strategic discussions and help influence company-wide creative decisions Requirements Proven experience as a Design Director, Creative Director, or Senior Art Lead Strong portfolio showcasing high-level creative work and successful design leadership Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or equivalent Exceptional understanding of branding, typography, layout, digital design, and user experience principles Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and guide teams in fast-paced environments Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally Preferred Qualifications Background in graphic design, visual communication, UI/UX, or related fields Experience working in agencies or high-growth startups Knowledge of motion design, 3D workflows, or product design (a plus)
