Waitress

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Waitress to provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests. Responsibilities include greeting customers, presenting menus, taking and accurately relaying food and beverage orders, serving meals in a timely manner, checking on customer satisfaction, handling inquiries or complaints professionally, processing payments, and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area. The ideal candidate has strong communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays; previous experience and basic knowledge of food safety standards are an advantage.
