Positioned at the South Island's primary aviation gateway, we combine international vehicle management standards with ******* Kiwi hospitality to offer seamless, last-minute car rental solutions.

Position Overview: We are looking for a detailed-oriented and energetic Remote Customer Support Representative to handle customer inquiries, manage real-time bookings, and assist international travelers. Since we operate in the New Zealand time zone and serve global clients, this remote role requires excellent communication skills and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist international clients with booking confirmations, cancellations, and modifications.
Efficiently resolve customer queries regarding rental requirements, vehicle availability, and pricing.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by upholding our global "No Hidden Fees" policy.
Coordinate with our Christchurch Airport on-site team to streamline last-minute vehicle pickups.

Requirements:

Fluent or high proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or the car rental industry is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage fast-paced travel schedules.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace.
