Frontend Developer – Playlist Length Calc

About Playlist Length Calc

Playlist Length Calc is a free online platform that helps users calculate the total duration of YouTube and YouTube Music playlists. Our tools make it easy to check playlist length, compare playback speeds, plan daily viewing schedules, extract video links, and manage time more effectively.

Our mission is to build simple, accurate, and accessible YouTube utilities for students, creators, educators, and everyday viewers.

What You’ll Do

Build and optimize modern, responsive interfaces for Playlist Length Calc
Develop calculators, planning features, and other YouTube productivity tools
Improve playlist processing and results-display workflows
Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to deliver intuitive user experiences
Improve website performance, accessibility, technical SEO, and Core Web Vitals
Refine UI/UX to increase engagement and conversion across desktop and mobile devices

Requirements

Strong experience with React and Next.js
Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
Experience building and maintaining production-level web applications
Solid understanding of responsive design and performance optimization
Familiarity with REST APIs and modern frontend tooling
Understanding of technical SEO and web accessibility
Strong attention to detail and a good sense of UI/UX

Nice to Have

Experience working with the YouTube Data API
Familiarity with browser extension development
Experience building online calculators, productivity tools, or content-focused websites
Knowledge of internationalization and multilingual SEO
Experience with analytics, experimentation, or conversion optimization
