Marketing Mânger

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, attract new customers, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to turn market insights into effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, search engines, and paid advertising.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Develop compelling marketing content, including website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Manage the company’s social media presence and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Work closely with sales, product, and business development teams to generate and nurture leads.
• Monitor marketing performance using relevant KPIs and analytics tools, and provide regular reports and recommendations.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
• Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, media partners, and other vendors when necessary.
• Organize and support events, webinars, conferences, and other promotional activities.
• Continuously identify new marketing opportunities and experiment with innovative strategies to improve customer acquisition and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar management or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using marketing analytics and CRM tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and project-management skills.
• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of branding and customer engagement.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and changing environment.
