Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounting transactions, preparing financial reports, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities in compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain daily accounting transactions.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, ********, and journal entries.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
  • Prepare financial reports and accounting schedules.
  • Monitor expenses, revenues, and cash flow.
  • Support budgeting and financial analysis activities.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Assist with audits and provide supporting documents when required.
  • Maintain organized and accurate accounting records.
  • Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
  • Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar.
  • Knowledge of local tax and accounting regulations.
  • Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) is an advantage.
