Role Overview

As a Senior Content Designer, you’ll lead the creation of clear, user-centered content across digital products and services. You’ll collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to shape experiences that are intuitive, inclusive, and aligned with brand voice and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop content strategies that support user needs and business goals
  • Write and structure content for interfaces, flows, help systems, and product communications
  • Conduct and apply user research, usability testing, and content audits
  • Champion plain language and accessibility best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency and quality
  • Mentor junior content designers and contribute to team standards
  • Advocate for content design in product planning and decision-making

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or related fields
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered content across digital products
  • Expertise in writing for web and mobile interfaces
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and content systems (e.g., CMS, design systems)
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive language
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams
