Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products and services. This role plays a key part in increasing brand awareness, driving traffic to the company’s digital platforms, and generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.

  • Manage and optimize the company’s website and landing pages for SEO and user experience.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant platforms.

  • Create and manage content for digital platforms including blogs, newsletters, and social media.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and optimize for ROI.

  • Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders.

  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry.

  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools.

  • Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.

  • Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms is an advantage.
