We are seeking a creative and technically skilled 3D Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in 3D modeling, texturing, rendering, and visual storytelling, with the ability to bring ideas to life through high-quality digital visuals. In this role, you will collaborate with designers, engineers, and marketing teams to produce compelling 3D assets for slope rider products, animations, environments, and promotional materials.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed 3D models based on concepts, sketches, or reference materials

  • Develop textures, materials, lighting setups, and final renders for high-quality output

  • Produce 3D animations, turntables, and motion sequences when needed

  • Optimize models for various uses, including real-time engines, product visualization, and marketing content

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines

  • Review and refine assets based on feedback

  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a 3D Designer or similar role

  • Proficiency in industry software (eg, Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Cinema 4D, Substance Painter)

  • Strong understanding of modeling, lighting, shading, and rendering workflows

  • Experience with real-time engines (Unreal Engine or Unity) is a plus

  • Excellent sense of scale, proportion, and detail

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Background in industrial design, game design, animation, or visual arts

  • Knowledge of CAD tools or technical modeling

  • Experience with VR/AR assets
