Position Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning
- Develop and oversee marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Define target audiences and create campaigns tailored to each segment.
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, events, PR).
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content and visuals.
Brand Management
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Strengthen brand identity through storytelling, design, and customer engagement.
- Manage partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity and accountability.
- Coordinate with sales, product, and design teams to align strategies.
- Manage external agencies and vendors when necessary.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management with insights and recommendations.
- Use data-driven approaches to refine strategies and improve performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, CRM systems).
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Creative thinker with analytical problem-solving abilities.
