About Us
We are the creative team behind Retro Bowl, a fast-growing and beloved football simulation game known for its retro style and engaging gameplay. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a passionate HR Specialist to help us build a strong, supportive, and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Support employee relations and maintain a positive team culture
  • Develop HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Handle performance management and employee development plans
  • Maintain HR records and internal documentation
  • Assist in organizing team activities and engagement initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for games or the gaming industry is a plus
