Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year (depending on experience)

Job Description:
Depot Solutions Inc., a leading logistics and supply chain company in Brooklyn, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Staff to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support month-end and year-end reporting. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is looking to grow their career in accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets
  • Support audits and provide necessary documentation
  • Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (internships count)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and organizational skills
