Free Top Games, a leading game development and technology company, is expanding its production line for high-precision timing devices used in advanced gaming and entertainment products. We are urgently looking for detail-oriented and skilled individuals to join our assembly team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform precise assembly of components for timing devices (digital timers, timing modules, electronic circuit boards, and related mechanisms) according to strict technical standards.
  • Adjust, calibrate, and fine-tune devices within narrow tolerances.
  • Inspect finished products for quality, identify defects, and perform necessary corrections.
  • Use specialized tools such as loupes, precision tweezers, electronic testing equipment, and watchmaker’s tools.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets and quality requirements.
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or higher (technical/vocational background in electronics, mechanics, or assembly is an advantage).
  • Good manual dexterity, high attention to detail, and ability to work with small components.
  • Previous experience in electronic assembly, watchmaking, precision mechanics, or similar fields is a strong plus (not mandatory).
  • Able to work full-time (shift or standard hours will be discussed).
  • Honest, hardworking, responsible, and a good team player.
  • Age under 35 preferred, with good health condition.

  • Competitive salary: 8 – 15 million VND/month (depending on experience and performance) + performance bonus and 13th-month salary.
