Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Executive to support the company’s legal and compliance functions. This role is responsible for ensuring that all business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations while minimizing legal risks.

You will work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to provide legal guidance and support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
Provide legal advice to internal departments on business operations and regulatory matters
Monitor and update changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company
Assist in handling legal disputes, claims, and litigation (if any)
Liaise with government authorities, external counsel, and partners on legal matters
Develop and maintain internal policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance
Manage and organize legal documents and records

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
2–5 years of relevant legal experience (law firm or in-house legal team preferred)
Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law
Excellent drafting and legal writing skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and responsibility
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
