1. Plan, implement, and optimize user acquisition (UA) campaigns for the application.

• Develop creative plans, hand them over to relevant teams, and plan the implementation of advertising channels.

• Implementation: Directly implement the advertising campaign.

• Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting based on performance data.

• Update and A/B test various ad types (creatives, captions, CTAs).

• Monitor and evaluate data from advertising channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, ASA, Unity Ads, etc.)

• Monitor key product metrics on Firebase and GA.

2. Market research

• Conduct market research to generate ideas for new product development.

• Research and optimize campaigns

• Target audience profile

• Stay updated on market trends and policies of partner platforms.

• Research and optimize the current product.

3. Participate in the product development process.

• Collaborate with product and production departments to optimize products and increase user base.

• Working directly with partners

4. Report results, provide insights, and suggest improvements based on the data.

5. Participate in contributing to Volio's common goals.
