  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals.
  • Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Establish marketing objectives, budgets, and performance metrics.

Campaign Management

  • Plan and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee content creation for websites, social media, email marketing, and advertising.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize activities to maximize ROI.

Brand Management

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Maintain and strengthen the company's brand identity.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market developments.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations based on marketing data.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and support marketing team members.
  • Coordinate with sales, product, design, and external agencies.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure successful execution of initiatives.

Budget Management

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets.
  • Track expenditures and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Evaluate marketing investments and report on performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
