About the Role

We are seeking a knowledgeable, detail-oriented Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice, ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and protect the organization’s interests through sound judgment and strategic guidance. You’ll work across departments (or clients) to manage contracts, handle disputes, and support business objectives with practical legal solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of matters, including contracts, compliance, employment law, and regulatory issues.

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, policies, and legal documents to protect organizational interests.

• Conduct legal research and stay current with evolving laws, regulations, and best practices.

• Manage or oversee litigation, disputes, and risk assessments, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolutions.

• Support leadership in corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and assist in developing internal policies.

• Collaborate with external counsel when necessary and manage legal budgets effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) required; admission to the Bar in relevant jurisdiction.

• Strong understanding of corporate, commercial, and contract law.
