About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Human Resources professional to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in building a positive and high-performing workplace culture by managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to both leadership and employees — ensuring that our people strategy supports the company’s mission and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to development and offboarding.

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices that promote fairness and compliance.

• Support managers in performance management, coaching, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Maintain HR records, payroll data, and benefits administration with accuracy and confidentiality.

• Lead talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, interviews, and offer management.

• Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace health & safety, and company standards.

• Contribute to training, culture-building, and diversity & inclusion programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

• [X]+ years of HR experience (generalist or specialized).

• Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and recruitment tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, PHR) is an advantage.
